Central Florida Hockey League Playing Rules

All games will be played under USA Hockey Handbook playing rules.
All games will be seventy-five minutes in length
First and second periods will be twelve minute stop time, third period will be one-half the time left in the seventy-five minute game, stop time.
If at any point during a league game the two teams participating accumulate a combination of seventeen (17) penalties the clock will be running time the remainder of the game. In the third period if at any point there is a six goal or more differential, the clock will be running time until such time the game reverts to a five goal or less differential.
Any team that fails to appear for a scheduled game will be given loses for said games in the league standings with no opportunity to reschedule games unless previously approved by a majority of the CFHL Board of Directors.
