A beginning ice skating class for adults that would like to learn the basic skills and feel confident skating on their own and with their kids. Skaters may continue with the class to perfect and advance their skills for the time period that they desire. The workshop environment makes it possible for beginner and intermediate skaters to enjoy group instruction combined with individual practice time.

A beginning skating class for children 3-5 years old. No skating experience required and parents have the option to take the class with their child. Program includes a 30-minute group class and a 1.5 hour practice. Skate rental included. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, socks, and mittens are recommended. A bicycle helmet is required.

A beginning skating class for children age 6 and older that have a physical or learning disability.  No skating experience required. Program includes a 30-minute group class and 15-minute practice. Skate rental included. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, socks and mittens are recommended.

Skating classes that are held during the early afternoon on a weekday. Beginning through advanced levels are offered. No skating experience required. Program includes a 30-minute class and 1.5 hour practice. Skate rental included. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, socks and mittens are recommended. A beginning skating class for a Boy Scout or Girl Scout troop.  Troops may be combined to meet minimum requirement of 8 students. No skating experience required. Learn-to-Skate camp is open to beginner skaters age 5 - 11 years old. Camp includes weekly theme, on & off-ice lessons, crafts and an end-of-the week performance.

Competitive Skating camp is open to all competitive skaters, both ISI and USFS. Camp includes off & on-ice lessons as well as a theatre performance. Activites in camp will prepare the skaters for the end of the week show.

Learn to Play Hockey camp is open to beginner skaters' age 5-11 years old. Camp includes on-ice lessons, practice and scrimmage. No hockey experience needed. Helmet, stick & mouthpiece are required.

A beginning hockey class for children 4-6 years old that teaches basic skating and beginning hockey skills.  No skating experience is required, but completion of the Beginning Tots skating class is recommended.  Program includes a 45-minute group class. Skate rental is included and full equipment is required.

A beginning skating class for children age 7 and above that teaches basic hockey skating skills.  No skating experience is required .A successful completion will qualify the student for Hockey 101. Program includes a 30-minute group class and 15-minute practice. Skate rental included. Hockey helmet and gloves are required. 

Completion of Intro to Hockey is required. Hockey 101 is a basic hockey class that teaches skating in a progressive order from the beginning steps through Balance, Edge control, and Stops & Starts. Passing, Shooting, and Stick handling the puck are also worked on. Program included a 45-minute group lesson.  A successful completion will qualify the student for Hockey 201.

Completion of Hockey 101 is required. This class is designed for advanced skaters and members of Hockey Teams. Backward skating skills, puck control & passing are the main objectives in this class. Program includes a 45-minute group lesson. Completion of this program qualifies the student for the In-House Recreational Hockey League.

A goalie program that will help all ages and levels take your game to the next level. From basics up to advances skills. This Goalie class will go over proper stretching, warm ups, positioning, balance, conditioning, stick handling, stand up & butterfly techniques, as well as proper maneuvers in the crease from post to post. It is the coaches belief that one of the best ways to better yourself is through repetition of training, so it is suggested that everyone attending the 10 week sessions try to attend them all to see maximum results.

Instructional, non-checking league, with divisions that may be grouped together depending on the number of registrations. The season includes games and practices and teams may have up to 16 players. The first two sessions of the season will be utilized by the coaching staff to form teams and the weekly practice day and time will be determined by the number of players in each age group. All players will receive a jersey and commemorative gift and will be invited to the season ending party.

Adult hockey leagues are open to men and women 18 to 70+ years old. Three separate seasons are offered with seven divisions. Rosters must be finalized by the 7th game and there is a limit of 20 players per team.
